I am still using my FB Amex Plus. There is no good *A or OW alternative in France or NL.

The moment M&M or IB offer a decent credit card I am gone. I am however fearing that good credit card/airline partnerships are coming to an end in mainland europe. They are spending all their money in the US.

M&M - BNP card > gone
M&M - NL > nothing
AMEX FB NL/FR > offer halved
BA - Diners Club > discontinued
BA - France > nothing

Pretty worthless. Any tips for either of the three alliances (NL or FR) welcome!
