I would be focusing on why I was denied a Schengen visa in the first place, and trying to remedy that if I was in your position. Trying to "game" the system like you are proposing has a minuscule chance of success and a very high chance of making the issue worse. There is a huge amount of data shared between Schengen countries regarding visa applications for precisely this reason.
