Hi, I have a reward ticket by UA from IAD to BKK in Dec. Now I'm thinking about to cancel the trip. Is it possible to do it without 125 fee because there're three schedule changes (10-30 minutes change) on the ticket and I have never called back to UA for confirmation. Thanks.
