Glad it worked out. Maybe CO or NH will help out on the overnight expenses, but one will likely point at the other, so don't get your hopes up for any compensation.
However, as a future note. In addition to the CO itinerary, anybody travelling on another carrier should have the itinerary from that carrier as well, including the other carrier's PNR. Lastly, I would always go online to make sure that the booking is present on the other carrier and then call to confirm that both the booking and ticket are present as well. It's worth noting that the booking could be there, but the funds not transferred and the ticket itself not issued.
