apologies in advance for what is probably a novice question... I'm wondering, if I book a velocity partner airline's codeshare flight (e.g. Etihad flight number, operated by Olympic), will I earn velocity points on such a booking? I've looked at the online T&Cs, at point 17.16 it says points *may* be earned and refers to the airline earn page, but the airline earn page is nowhere near as clear as e.g. the equivalent Qantas page.

Anyone with direct experience?
