UA definitely wins in the 'smallest C-class meal portions' category. The new fully-flat seats are quite OK, but not outstanding (storage space!). F/A's (aka Flight Safety Professionals as they introduced themselves on one of the flights) could be anything from bad to outstanding (OK - I had outstanding F/A's on only one IAD-CDG flight), while OZ F/A's (almost) always provide outstanding service.
Go for OZ - you will not regret...
