Overall experience/any other comments
- J Service on Jazz does not live up to AC service standards. Almost never offered pre-boarding drinks. Lack of an oven reduces meal options.
- Crew did a turn around from inbound YYC flight and spent the turn time speaking with the gate agent well past the posted boarding time. Although we left on time, would have been more professional to stay on the aircraft and preparing pre-boarding drinks
- Food and wine quality are relatively good for cold.
- IFE stopped working intermittently. Had to restart my movie 5 times to complete.
