There is no difference between 77A and 77D for rows 1 and 2. These are F seats sold as J. Even though catering is J, the environment is more relaxed and the SPs are more attentive.

Don't give up hope. CX can swap in a 77D (or unfortunately perhaps other equipment) in place of a 77A at the last minute.
