I am pretty sure that FRA, MUC, and CDG (any terminal) don't, though MUC has little experimental "pods" in the G gate area that you can rent by the hour. They have a bed and flat-screen TV (I don't know if this gets cable or is simply for a laptop).

IST has an air-side hotel, if you want to consider that Europe.
