I'm a little taken aback by the people who say "it's an award ticket you have to be flexible". I agree that when trying to book award tickets, they may not be available on the date/time you want and you need to be flexible to find availability; however once I've hit the jackpot and "bought" a reward ticket that fits in with my schedule, why should I be expect to be any more flexible when the carrier makes a change than if it had been a full revenue ticket?
