I used the airport shuttle system last year and was totally disappointed.

It apparently is a dispatch system for a group of individual cab companies or cabs.

After landing, I reported to their office and waited 30 minutes.

I kept getting no straight answer where my ride was or when it was arriving.

They apparently were unwilling to reassign it to another cab.

After another 30 minutes, (60 minutes total), I walked outside to the area where the cabs were waiting and had him drive me down to the shuttle wait room. Loud scene from the staff that I could not do that, since I had prepaid.

I just called the credit card company to negate the charge.
