Too bad you had issues with Blurb. I have generally been pleased with the results from them. And now that they have added better paper options I would certainly use them again.

I used MyPublisher once several years ago. It was pretty well done but quite expensive for what you got. I may try them again.

Last year I used PhotobookAmerica which has affiliates around the world I think. You might want to look for Photobook Worldwide. The quality was ultimately quite good but it was extremely expensive since I went for the pro line option. They screwed my book up twice but the third time was correct. The bad part was that PhotobookAmerica is actually based in Canada so I had to pay customs duties. The quality is nice but it was too much trouble so I would not use them again.
