PP1 waitlist doesn't appear online?
Hi All,
I'm within 24 hours of flying out of IAH on a B fare, and am standing by for BF mileage upgrade. The waitlist expired today, but having checked in I don't appear on the Upgrade Standby list on continental.com for my flight. I called the electronic support desk, and they said that I am on the "PP1" priority list for upgrade due to the fact that I'm on a B fare, and it is only the "PP2" upgrade standby list relating to discount fares (non-Y/B) that shows on the online flight status for a flight with a BF cabin. Apparently I should not worry... but this was news to me. Has anyone else had this experience?
