Bare feet propped up on the bulkhead wall. Five Star rep was waiting in the jetway with a sign upon arrival in DFW.
I really wanted to ask him to put his seat upright for landing, I was behind him in 4F, but chickened out.
I saw him in a production of "Night of the Iguana" in London a few years ago. My seat was front row center. He was barefoot during a good portion of the play (tropical setting). I can testify that he had the some of the cleanest and pinkest feet that I have ever seen. I was quite impressed.
