What a shame the VS product has gone downhill. More so the standards of the crew. You pay premium prices and get surly crew. Is this the norm with VS crews these days? Time will tell. I'm sorry you guys wasted so much money on this particular flight.

At least out of the gloom of VS the other carriers provided you with an excellent service. I know who to fly with when I come to SYD.
