The LHR ones aren't airside, though - there is a Hilton attached to T4, a Yotel in T4 and a Sofitel attached to T5. All are landside, and require you to pass through immigration.

(IIRC there are plans for an airside hotel - possibly in T3 - but this is not currently the case.)
