That checked luggage place is a rip. I left 2-3 bags there last month for a couple of days and ended up paying something like US$50! Plus, it takes a couple of minutes to fill out their check-in form.

Provided you can get everything loaded onto one luggage cart, you can push it all the way into the lobby of the Regal, where a bellman will collect it and bring it to your room. Even after allowing for 2 tips (delivering to/from room), you'll save a little money and a little time.
