a friend of a friend wants to buy some stuff on Rakuten, I told him to try Rakuten Global, now he asks me if it offers buyer protection. I could not find the answer for his question, I buy everything in the local Rakuten.
Does anyone here know? If any, what this protection covers for the buyer?
