Did experience the same.... well is was worst ... Had A KLM flight to Amsterdam but holding another member Sky Team Gold Card... the old lady on front Desk at the ServiceAir Lounge Denied at first ... and gave me a lecture... "I have work for many years in this industry I know the rules... " Then I say really ... ok then you should check again the rules... and after she call to the Ticket Office... Voila I got in... but so rude and smart azz comments ....

Just Hope KLM or some manager at GOT station read this ... and teach their staff in lounge how to handel FF customer ....
