Yes, provided the status change has filtered through to the AA systems (can take anywhere from a day to a week).
2) Will Qf send out the Silver pack to my overseas address as I will be based there for a few months?
They'll use the address in your profile. Though I'm not sure if they'll send the actual pack to an overseas address.
