You can help people affected by disasters such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes and fires, at home and around the world by making a donation to support American Red Cross Disaster Relief.

The Red Cross continues to provide food and shelter for those affected from multiple disasters, including residents impacted by wildfires in Texas and Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee, which left severe weather in its wake over the Labor Day weekend.

Make a Donation to the American Red Cross and Earn AAdvantageŽ Bonus Miles

If you would like to join us in supporting the disaster victims by making a cash donation, American will reward your generosity with an American Airlines AAdvantage bonus mile offer. Through October 31, 2011, AAdvantage members can earn a one-time bonus of 250 AAdvantage miles for a minimum $50 donation, or 500 AAdvantage bonus miles for a donation of $100 or more to the American Red Cross.
