This is standard practice on ALL LGW 737 since the space saver seats went in at the start of the year.

Row 1-5 are ALWAYS in CE Config even on Domestic Flights On the A-C side - in order to allow the flight to operate with only 3 crew. If the seats were ABC thenthey would need another crew member.

Note that on Domestics the equivalent DEF seats are NOT set in the wider CE format.

This question keeps coming up very frequently - is it covered in the sticky?
