Exactly, if breakfast is included for all, and suite upgrade requires payment (thus not a Diamond upgrade), and they don't even give Diamond the nicer room choice among the same category, and it being an international property there's no Diamond amenity bonus, I'm not sure what you meant by "Diamonds will be taken care of".
