Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. pilots voted overwhelmingly Tuesday to support a union plan to refuse work on scheduled days off, a move that could disrupt the carrier's traffic.

About 95% of the 800 pilots who cast votes approved the plan to work according to contract specifications and refuse to change their rosters.
