BMIBaby is not part of *A, and so you can't place your miles anywhere but in a DC account (where they are destination miles only). You'd have to open another one, lying about your country of residence, but even then you can't retroclaim because the DC number can only be entered at the time of booking.

In any case, the amount of miles you'd get wouldn't make any of this worth the hassle. I'm afraid you have to accept no miles here.
