Great report. Service in the CCR is such a letdown, I agree! I had a similar experience http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trip-...new-first.html, now what is the whole point of having a bread plate on the tables in the Dining room and a butter patch if no bread is offered?
Pity your crew was not up to standard either. On that side of things I have been very lucky, but BA crews do tend to be a hit-or-miss this days, and it should not be so! They did a fairly good job with my steak
