I tried to redeem a SIN-DEN return ticket yesterday with my miles but the process is a bit.... strange. You actually submit a request and they come back to you via email? How does it work exactly? It could take days or weeks to land a reward ticket on a *A carrier (in this case, I optimistically picked SQ).

Isn't there an easier way to book a reward ticket using A3 miles?
