I like CX.

I just don't like the service levels of the Marco Polo Club and the Asiamiles programme especially if I have to talk to them myself.

Further adventures of the failures of the Club. Bought a ticket in economy. Upgraded using my asiamiles. The Club said that the miles will be credited based on ticket bought. 3 weeks later. Still no credit.

Faxed boarding pass and copy of ticket to Asiamiles.

Received an email from them to say that my ticket is an award ticket. Called them back and said that no it is not. I used miles to upgrade. They asked, "Why is it then booked in "U" class?" U class is the award class code. CX apparently uses this class for Business Class inventory for FREE and UPGRADE seats.

After my call, they said that they will 'investigate' and check my validity of my claim.

My blood pressure rises every time I have to deal with them!
