Oops, sorry about the confusion then. Pacific travel is new to me this year, but the learning was significant and next season we should approach it quite differently.
On my recent trip, ended up making $700 in vouchers and future discounts and 2500 extra miles due to delays, negotiations, etc. But all on NW.
