Tipping is not expected. Staff working in the Clubhouses enjoy pretty good rates of pay compared to industry averages. But some people work on the basis that, if they would tip a hairdresser/beauty therapist in a salon then they would extend that in the Clubhouse. For me, its an inclusive service within the ticket price and I have never tipped. I would not tip cabin crew and fail to see the difference. YMMV
