Do hotels often jump from Category 1 to Category 3?
I believe the Park Inn Cardiff North was a Category 1 property (9,000 points/night) when I stayed there in May, but it now shows as Category 3...
Do hotels often change by more than one category at a time? Also, at least in May, this particular Park Inn didn't seem worthy of Category 3, and its location is less than ideal.
