Would AA flight in "M" class (part of RTW fare) from MIA-PTY or MIA-SJO count for CX miles? And would Iberia flight from MAD-CAS also count?

P.S. Would it make any difference if I had my address for Asiamiles in the US or Australia? My AA address is in the US.
