When you come out of customs into the arrivals area, walk about 5 metres, look over to your right, there is a column. Adjacent to that column there is also a SIM card vending machine.

As RichardInSF says though, you will get a much better deal if you can wait until you get to a phone store or even any newsagent will normally stock SIM cards for about 2-3 pounds
