Reward availability appears to have opened up for this property again. I was finally able to score one of the two bedroom villas (residential villas) this morning for travel between May 26 - June 2. Total reward points for stay 262,500. Purchase price if paying cash is $10,306. Not a bad use of points for 7 days.
I just hope that the property gets good reviews since I passed on the W-A Maldives.
Wow, good call. There are actually 2 properties in the system - CKS and CKS Residences. The former still looks to be blanked out for awards.
The Residences villas are massive: 2.5 times the total space as the CKS Oceanview Pool Villa (186 sqm indoor + 42 sqm outdoor vs 65 sqm indoor + 28 sqm outdoor).
That seems worth sacrificing my 1BR CKS Pool Villa reservation, even if I did get it on the Cat 6 rate...
