With this property just becoming on the first week of Septemver. It seems to have a rather large redmintion cost per night. My 7 day stay at the Condrad Koa Samah with points is 262,500 or just over $11M for the week. This is 2 bedroom villa which I believe is I presonal residsence. Not sure if there is much differernce in the two types of properties that are available.

I think for the points I got my money's worth.
