i think you meant this question for me? (not totoro?) - anyway, i can't really give you an official answer, but from what i hear, you're either not supposed to do it or they frown upon it. i think i remember a discussion about it in the thread re: FRN (free resort night awards) where people wanted to make a reservation asap and basically "hold it" until they earned their reward nights and people seemed to be up in arms about it! i don't know....but like i said, there are always exceptions. hope it works out for the OP
