Yesterday my TA tried booking a CX-QF connection at HKG with a 55 min connect time and the system would not accept it. Now we are looking at 6 hours in HKG. Mrs Dben will be fine as there are a lot of new items at Prada, Chanel and Hermes.
Since this will be award ticket, I need to call British Airways to book the ticket using BA miles. I am not sure whether I can book online. If I need to make a phone call, then reservation agent should accept this 50 minute layover, is it?
