What exactly is the issue here?

Southwest has the right to kick anyone off for any reason they want. Its their plane. If they want you dressed in a suit and tie, or a easter dress, or even a cow costume they can enforce it. Dress codes are valid. They just cant kick people off a plane because they are white, or Christian. Thats all.
