I'm looking for help setting up travel on OW getting from the West Coast (San Diego or LAX) to Bangalore, India.
So far, the best routing I've come up with is LAX to LHR on AA, LHR to Delhi on BA, and then Delhi to Bangalore on Jet Airways (not OW but that's the best I can do). This routing has me getting in to LHR at 1:25 pm and leaving at 9:55 am, which is not ideal.
Fortunately, this is a business trip where I get to go in business class, so I don't have award issues to consider - all ideas welcomed. Thanks a bunch.

You could head west on CX but you have a long connection in HK (which isn't all bad go into town or visit the wing and the pier) before the connecting flight to DEL and you get into DEL at 1am. You could also take AA to NRT and CX NRT-HKG-DEL with the same arrival at DEL. You could also route CX through BOM with a 7 hour layover in HKG.

You could also use BA and connect through MAA to BLR. This works pretty well going over but you would have to spend the night in MAA on the return to catch the BA flight in the morning. I've listed an itinerary without regard to AA flights across the Atlantic. For example:
SAN-ORD BA5092
ORD-LHR BA0298
LHR-MAA BA0035
MAA-BLR 9W0802
BLR-MAA 9W0446
MAA-LHR BA0036 8am dep
LHR-ORD BA0299
ORD-SAN

Good luck.
