i find a photocopier will help but your rant is much harder to read since you don't use punctuation and fill-in the story with items about the agent and being a tourist i know that if you took up time in line to ask for a card boarding pass i wouldnt be happy with you. i never have an issue with the thermals but really, the gate agent would be the best person to give you a real bp.
