I am new to this site, but have been a reader for a few months.

I am a single guy in my late 20s and have 5 free resort nights through the promotion. I realize resorts are mainly couples, but are some more single-centric? Maybe the ones in Europe? In addition, I figured using them at a Cat. 7 would give me the most value. Santorini looks great. Costa Rica also looks good, but is Cat. 6. Does anybody else have recommendations? I am going in December and am not a big skier, so something warm would be ideal.

Also, I have 33K *wood points, 100K AA miles 20K United, 10K Amex. I would like to go somewhere where I can use points for the flight (NYC based). I guess that rules out places like Bora Bora or the Maldives.
