Try asking United (not Chase) to stop sending credit card offers. My daughter got almost weekly UA Chase card offers (not very useful for a 5 year old) until I called UA and told them to stop. The agent said the only choice was to opt out of all marketing. I asked her to do that, and the CC offers have stopped. She still gets Mileage Plus marketing e-mails, including offers for sweepstakes, extra miles promotions, etc, but no snail mail.
