I can't prove either. But if I live mouse entered while the back was still in my possession I probably would have noticed as I unpacked and repacked 2-3 times. If it entered in my house, it probably wouldn't have survived a 23 hour transit in a non-pressurized cabin in a tightly packed 50 pound bag. The boxers, were practically new and had been worn 3-4 times.
