I flew LX today from ZRH-TLV for study abroad. I arrived in my dorm and started unpacking my bags. In the second bag, after unpeeling a few layer, a real live mouse was scurrying around!! LX allowed a LIVE MOUSE in my checked baggage. It was creepy and disgusting. There were some holes in a pair of boxers that weren't there when I packed. Should I demand compensation? How much?
