Transfers and MFUs, just checking

Just wanted to check something which I think seems correct from reading some (but not all !) of the preceeding posts.

I currently have about 32K BA Miles. I also have about 3,300 airmiles. So it looks to me that with a transfer, after the November date, I could end up with 65k Avios.

Which should be easily sufficient for MFUs (or whatever they will be called) for two people, WT+ -> CW, London- Vancouver, and Toronto - London ? (assuming availability of course which I know can be a big ask on these routes)

The reason I'd like to know now is that I'm flying BA end of this month (LHR-Toronto) and was planning to claim BA miles, to nudge me towards my previous 50k target, but now it looks like I may as well claim AAdvantage miles for that flight, assuming reaching 50k BA miles is my only goal.

However, I just realised, I could still claim BA miles, which would get me about 7k miles, 72k miles, so that's within a gnats todger of another upgrade for a couple, though in one direction only, for a subsequent BA Canada flight* ... hmmm ... decisions decisions

EDIT: have I got the number of points needed for an MFU wrong? I thought it was 25k for a return, WT+ to CW, for UK-North America.. But looking on the BA website I cant find where I read that.

* I visit Canada once or so a year, in WT+
