I agree that it is very nice to have an SPG property in Frankfurt having a lounge open 7 days a week. In my view, it is quite adequate for local standards but it is certainly short of being a spectacular.

Hyatt Regency Mainz not quite up to the standards ?

Sounds more like a rant of a frustrated traveler after some expected upgrades did not materialize
