The only OW metal flying AKL-SYD & SYD-CNS is, as far as I know, QF, and I don't think anyone else codeshares on it.
SYD-BKK is flown by BA and QF, and they codeshare with each other, but again I don't think any other airline codeshares. BA in L gets you 25% mileage and 100% Q-points. QF gets you nothing.
HKG-BKK is flown by CX (codeshare with AA I believe) and AY using their own metal. AY certainly has traffic rights and in L you 100% miles and 50% Q-points. CX gets you nothing.
The best answer is to do it in business class, then no problem with any of them
