Alright, you guys have persuaded me. My future lawsuit over getting kicked out of FLL will ask for declaratory relief (and $1K in statutory damages... w00t ) stating that the TSA cannot copy B/Ps and IDs pursuant to the Privacy Act.

I filed my FTCA claim with the TSA on 8/29, which means I may have to wait as long as 2/29 (unless the TSA denies my claim earlier) until I can file my new suit. Gives me a long time to write a kick-a$$ complaint.
