Check with Transaero ( http://www.transaero.ru/english/ ) if they have some offers for Moscow/StPetersburg - Novosibirsk. It might be cheaper than SVO-OVB on Aeroflot. Also Pulkovo Airlines and Domodedovo Airlines fly the route.
