I think they have a point...WN's boarding process IS a cattle call and a royal PIA. Say what you want about other carriers, at least if you fly enough you get F, and get to board first anyhow. WN cannot compete in attracting some markets that value class and dignity. It's model is high volume, low cost, no frills. Ergo uncivilized...but sometimes you want McDonalds and not L'Trou Normand.
